The Role：
Reports to: Senior Director, Digital and EcommerceResponsible for Japan eCommerce business management (P&L, operations and merchandising), including Retail .com site, Outlet flash sales site and 3rd party partnershipsIdentify product opportunities and key trends that will drive demand for particular categories and stylesAnalyze and assess the effectiveness of existing eCommerce operations and needsContinually make cost-effective, insights-driven enhancements to the Asia eCommerce platformFocus on analyzing user behavior, setting key performance metrics, understanding digital trends, tracking competitive landscape and new technologyPartner closely with the Digital Marketing, CRM/SP, Retail, Distribution and Customer Service teams Partner with IT teams on site enhancement initiatives; partner with Global Digital Innovation teamLead and develop the Japan eCommerce Team
