Job Description
-Main business contents-
　Stable maintenance and improvement of quality requirements for diesel system products (high pressure pumps, injectors, rails, nozzles, exhaust gas purification devices).
　-Prevent occurrence and recurrence prevention of quality problems by using quality management system and quality tools-
　Survey and analysis of market quality problems-

Interest in work-PR for workplace-
　Development as well as development, project supervision, sales, production management, purchasing etc. Collaborate with domestic and foreign members of different job categories.
　-Participate in the quality maturation study as a project member from the development stage.
　-We work with a wide variety of customers responsible for manufacturing passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural machines, construction machines and marine engines.

[JMP = Junior Managers Program Overview]
Junior Managers Program (JMP) is a human resource development program. The purpose of this program is to foster “future management candidates”.

During 18-24 months, you will receive practical training in 3-4 departments, taking approximately 6 months as one period. The last six months, we plan to practical training in foreign countries!

Requirements
- Engineering, Science and Technology, master's degree or doctoral graduates of the Science-based field
(also acceptable by the Department of belonging at the time of undergraduate)
