The Role 職務内容
This is compensation and benefits manager role that requires a candidate able to take a leading role in the restructuring of the C&B system from a seniority-based to a performance-based system
Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
-Business level English proficiency
-At least 10 years of HR experience with extensive experience in C&B, ideally in a leadership position
