Mission:


Reflecting the brand's strategic changes, and under a new organizational structure, the Marketing & Communications Dept. is looking for a Senior Digital Manager. He/she will be instrumental in developing and running the brand's Digital Plans for Japan in coordination with the Global Digital Director.

Marketing & Communication Director 


Responsibilities:


• Plan and manage all digital communications activities in Japan. 
• Provide clear briefings to the agency and media partners, to ensure optimum performance 
• Generate creative and innovative digital content 
• Ensure seamless digital orchestration within the brand's overall communication and media plans in coordination with internal stakeholders, including Merchandising and e-Com teams 
• Drive effective campaigns, paid/non paid; propose actions based on analytical performance 
• Develop local communications strategies for SNS, support traffic to e.com 
• Identify new opportunities in the market by creating strong relationships with digital platforms, technology companies and influencers


Profile:


• Digital marketing professional with solid experience in the digital communications field 
• Strategic-oriented, creative-thinker, good understanding of consumer digital and media consumption behavior 
• Fluent in English 
• High communications skills, oral and written 
• Excellent writing and editing skills in Japanese 
• Good digital and social media network (bloggers and influencers connections, a plus) 
• Self-started, flexible, with a desire to change the status quo
