Company Overview
My client is an Artificial Intelligence company (A.I.) that was founded in 2014 and has grown into one a global leader in their field. They have been developing the potential of utilizing cutting-edge technologies and Deep Learning to change and benefit society.

In helping to lead the Corporate Planning function, you will be reporting to the CFO with the aim of achieving the continuous strengthening of management structure and the realization of company goals through your strong business planning skill and ability.

Job Description
Responsibilities
-Creation and implementation of business plan and strategy
-Causal analysis and improvement through quantitative analysis of variance and actual, increasing efficiency and success throughout the business
-Providing insights based on data collection and analysis, and formulating action plans
-Executive decision-making and execution support
-Inter-organizational communication lead
-Driving strategic cross-cutting initiatives
-Meeting planning and management within the business
-Support for financing and investor relations

Requirements
Qualifications and Background
-Experience in the role of analysis consulting, such as management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy (5 years or more)
-MS-Office (Power Point, Excel, Word) skills
-Experienced in data collection and qualitative/quantitative analysis
-High problem solving ability and project management ability
-Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
-Ability to work with other team leaders and executives to achieve their goals, even in complex environments
-Native-level Japanese and high business-level English skills (discussion / documentation)
-Experience in both startups and medium and large companies (more than 2 years each) is especially welcome
-Excellent Management and Leadership skills
