PR Coordinator / Luxury Industry

Iconic Italian Luxury Brand well established in Japan since many years.
Internationaly famous for the quality of their Leather Bags, Accesories and Small Leather Goods.
Mission:
This position is responsible for the implementing of men’s PR, women’s PR and others PR projects determined by PR&Media Director.
Report:
PR Manager
Responsibilities:
• Actively work on PR activities to capture high-quality exposures of the Brand.
• Responsible for the acquisition of PR materials (HQ + content creation)
• Communicate widely with men’s and women’s medias (Magazines, Newspaper, Journalist, Influencer) to negotiate coverage.
• Coordinates and supervises events with agencies (invitations, displays and event coordination etc.) expenses control.
• Provides exposure reports to Stores, communicate with stores a aquier sales feedback in order to improve future PR activities.
• Make impressive Press Release and catchy copy.
• Assists Stores to promote sales by exposures and PR events.
• Build new relationships with target media and celebrities, as well as keeping good relationship with existing target media and celebrities.
• Sample selection, purchase control.
• Taking initiative and organize seasonal Press Presentation and Press events.
• Create recaps of each PR events.
• Invite or attend press and celebrities to seasonal exhibition in Milan or Firenze.
• Creative idea to bring buzz and awareness to the brand.
Profile:
• 3 to 5 years of PR experience
• Luxury experience is a plus
• Business level of English
• Cheerful and sociable
