職務内容 The Position
This is an HR Manager/Assistant manager position.
It is based in Tokyo and encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded HR generalist able to handle matters like: performance reviews, salary reviews, recruitment, labor law and labor relations, and recruitment.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
-Knowledge of Japanese labor law and social insurance
- Native level Japanese and a minimum 800 TOEIC score
- At least 5 years of HR experience
- A flexible mind set and the ability to propose new ideas and solutions
-The ability to act as a team player
