Company Overview<br/>Leading Life Insurance firm with offices across Asia , 800 staff.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>Leading all reward, payroll and HRIS initiatives as well as handling all Monthly tasks with 4 subordinates.<br/>Leading all Reward initiative. <br/>Annual salary review process<br/>- Compensation review for new hiring / promotions<br/>- Monitoring of Head count and costing <br/>- Participate salary survey<br/>- Provide relevant Comp information to HRBP’s and Line Managers if necessary.<br/><br/>This role will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of new systems.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>7 years HR C&B , COE , HR operations experience. <br/>Analytical thinking <br/>Solid C&B related skillset <br/>Management skill. <br/>Good HR Vision and ability to build and execute strategy, BP mindset.<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>Should you have any questions please reach out to George Lees in the HR Team.<br/><br/>
