•Drive growth program for product managers to make better product planning, designing, managing development and operation for our company
•Create processes, initiatives and execute them to improve productivity, quality of services with engineering team
•Create ways to make work fun
•Ideate ways to deliver Product Managers knowledge and Engineering Knowledge to Product Managers
•Owns team activities

•フリマアプリの企画・開発・運用などがよりよくなるようにプロダクトチームの育成を考え、実行します
•エンジニアチームと開発スピード、サービス品質向上ためのプロセス、取り組みなどを考案し実施します
•楽しく仕事ができる仕掛けを考え、実行します
•プロダクトマネージャーとしての知識、エンジニアリングの知識をプロダクトマネージャーに浸透させる方法を考えて、実行します
•プロダクトチームのイベントを運営します

Requirements
> Minimum Requirements

•Leadership skill to drive people
•3 years+ experience to grow people and company
•Understand agile development method, and SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle)
•Understand product management and Engineering
•Passion for people and organization growth
•Experience of building services by collaboration with engineers, test engineers, infra engineers, designer and so on
•Enough language skill in Japanese and English

> Additional Qualifications

•3 years + product management experience in Internet, Smartphone industry or equivalent experience
•Basic knowledge of programming, database infrastructure, AI and other engineering topics
•Have Agile related certification like Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Licensed Scrum Master(LSM)
•Experience of design and build products though customer journey map, UX design and IA to create customer centric products
•Experience of contributing in a prominent manner to the achievement of KPI goals
•Experience of using Atlassian product like JIRA, Confluence
•Data Analytical skill (SQL, BigQuery)

•3年以上のインターネット、スマートフォン関連のプロダクトマネージメント経験
•プログラミング・DB・インフラ・AIといったエンジニアリングに関する基礎知識
•Certified Scrum Product Owner(CSPO), Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Licensed Scrum Master(LSM)などアジャイル系認定保有者
•カスタマージャーニーマップ、UXデザイン、情報設計などを行い、お客様視点に立ったプロダクトの設計、開発をした経験
•JIRA, ConfluenceなどのAtlassian製品の利用経験
•データ分析スキル(SQL, BigQuery)
