Job Description
Premium Customer Service / Management assuring data quality, consistency and reliability
Order Management
Delivery and Installation
Ensuring Company Policies, Sales Terms and Conditions
Planning, directing and coordinating activities related to importation and delivery of products and accessories
Inventory control and 3PL management
Liaising with Sales team ensuring continuous improvement of logistics costs and stock optimization
Invoicing process in compliance with fiscal Law, Revenue and Tax agencies
Support Country Manager to develop reliable and accurate sales forecasts
Build a solid, robust, competent, customer oriented and engaged team
