ツール開発ソフトウェアエンジニアとして、モバイルゲームランキング上位に挙がるタイトルのゲームサーバーのツール開発、サポートを行っていただきます。毎日多くのアクティブユーザにプレイされるモバイルゲームの開発、リリース、運営をチームの一員として担っていただきます。
As a Software Engineer focused on Game Server Tools development, you will development and support in house tools for chart topping games on mobile devices.
You will work as part of a team to develop, launch, maintain and run as a service, a social game with hundreds of thousands of daily active users.
【業務内容】
・社内プロジェクトの開発、及びライブ運営のためのワークフローマネジメントツールの開発及び改善
・必要に応じてサーバー用ツール及びライブラリ開発
・ゲームのサーバー機能及びフィーチャーの開発サポート
・アジャイル、及び流れの早い環境での業務、またゲームデザインや改善案から技術的な問題を迅速に識別し、フィーチャーの技術面でのオーナーシップをとる
・チーム内にてポジティブな姿勢を保ち、ジャパンチームのより良いカルチャーの形成への貢献。また、開発中のプロジェクトへのフィードバック、また社内その他のアクティビティに必要に応じて参加
・Create and enhance the workflow management tools for the studio’s live operations and project development
・Create server side tools and libraries as required
・Assist development of game server functions and features
・Work in an Agile and dynamic environment, taking technical ownership of features and quickly identifying any technical problems with a design or improvements that could be made
・Be a positive member of our team, help to build a great culture for our Japan team, give feedback on games in development and take part in other activities in the company as needed
【必要なスキル・経験】 
・Javaでのサーバー開発経験（5年以上）
・GWTの使用経験（SmartGWTは尚良）（3~5年以上）
・MySQLの知識、及びデータベーストランザクション管理
・クラウドテクノロジー（Amazon Web Serviceは尚良）の使用経験
・自立した業務を行えること
・優れたコミュニケーション能力、及びチームワークを意識して働けること
・ゲーム、及びゲーム開発に興味があること
・Java server development experience (5+ years)
・GWT experience (SmartGWT is a plus) (3-5+ years)
・Knowledge of MySQL and database transaction management
・Experience working with Cloud Technology (Amazon Web Services is a plus)
・Able to \work independently
・Great communication and teamwork skills
・An interest in video games and video game development
・Business level Japanese (English language ability beneficial)
