Company Overview<br/>Online mobile platform services.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>The operators support with both B2B and B2C. As a Customer Service Specialist (supervisor), you will be reporting to the Customer Service Director, leading a team of operators. Currently in the company outsources 300 operators, who are led by 2-3 other supervisors.<br/><br/>As a specialist, you will assist with the improvement of customer satisfaction, taking lead with great problem analysis and solutions.<br/>Your job responsibility will include the following:<br/>- Design and cost management of target KPI<br/>- Analysing roblems and make improvements on business flow design<br/>- Coordination with other departments in other to improve customer service<br/>- Initiate proposals for business growth and service improvment<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>- Previous customer service/call center experience<br/>- Team leader, supervisor or management level work experience with vendors or internal call center team<br/>- Business level English OR business level Chinese , with proficiency in Japanese reading, writing and daily conversation speaking level<br/>- Great interpersonal skills for external and internal communication<br/>- Problem solving ability, and adaptability to a fast changing environment<br/><br/>Additional Job Information<br/>【WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY】<br/>★ Work in a fast-paced, IT-venture environment!<br/>★ International company with mix language use <br/>★ No dress code, modern office <br/>★ Competitive salary package<br/>★ Great work and life balance<br/><br/>
