Company Overview<br/>Major international Insurance Company is looking for a Compliance Manager to join team <br/><br/>*EXCELLENT opportunity to work in a international company in a key role<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>You will be responsible for all compliance related laws and regulations for the company. In this role you will be also responsible for investigations, enforcing laws and regulations for both a governmental and internal requirements as well as rule developments<br/><br/>Other duties will include trainings and reporting to management regarding compliance<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>- 5 yrs experience in compliance (insurance preferred but open to other financial backgrounds) or 3 years in legal functions in any industry<br/>- good communication skills (Native Japanese, business english)<br/>- team mined person<br/>- proactive<br/><br/>
