Job Description
【What you will do and achieve】
• Collect and visualize data in an easy-to-understand way
• Communicate, report and negotiate with various departments and management levels
• Interpret and use data in driving day-to-day decisions and business functioning

Requirements
【What you have】
• 1+ years in Data-related position/Marketing/or as a Business Analyst
• Great communication skills at conversational English and Fluent Japanese
• Ability to use at least one of the following: Excel, R, Python, SQL
• A start-up mindset, e.g. you want to work in a fast-paced environment, a dynamic team, …
• Ambition, determination, entrepreneurial spirit

【Would be great if you have】
Understanding of: statistical modeling (Regression, Clustering, Decision trees), machine learning, algorithms, data mining concepts, and a track record of solving problems with these methods

!! Employment form: Temporary to Permanent (assuming appointment of regular employees) !!
This company launched their business in Japan recently, and since the accounting and personnel functions are under development, they are hiring all employees who are working with them as temporary contracts.
* This is a 6 month dispatch contract.
* After 6 months, it is assumed that the employees will be hired as full-time employees
