Their office is in a posh area and very Tech Oriented! The Legal Team is very well strong with all members making it a good learning environment !
Job Description
Responsibilities Include :
-Review and drafting of various contracts in Japanese
-Creation of minutes of Board of Directors meeting
-Dispute and litigation response
-Response to various legal inquiries
Requirements
To be able to carry out the above effectively, you would need :
- To have attended Law School
-Minimum 2 years of experience handling Legal Affairs in house or in a law firm
