Job Description
• Managing 2 staff
• Monthly and Yearly Act/Fcst/Budget variance analysis
• Preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast
• Providing business support to other functions in terms of financial analysis
Requirements
• Working experience in a multi-national company as FP&A Manager/Senior Analyst
• Minimum 10 years’ experience of finance/accounting
• Experience of leading a team and managing staff
• Understanding of US-GAAP (main), Japanese GAAP (minor)
• Experience of working for SOX and Internal audit
• Advanced skill of Excel (must) and other MS Office software
• Experience of major ERP (Oracle (preferred) or SAP)
• Communication skill in English both in written and speaking
• Nissho Boki 2nd grade or more. CPA (US or Japan) is strongly preferred
