Company Overview
One of the top diversified luxury brands is actively searching for Logistics Coordinator due to new headcount.
Job Description
1) Domestic logistics coordination
・ Cosmetics manufacturing (label / material procurement and labeling) planning, work request and delivery management
・ Inventory management (system processing)
・ Review, improve, and improve the efficiency of each business flow
・ Service level improvement activities (reduction of lead time, etc.)
・ Coordination with internal departments
2) Vendor management
・ External contractors (3PL service providers, cosmetic manufacturers, label printers, logistics related vendors)
Negotiations and delivery date adjustment
・ KPI monitoring
3) Management of temporary staff
Requirements
Skill & Experience required
・ Experience and knowledge of consumer goods logistics operations
・ PC skill intermediate level or higher (Excel, Word, Power Point), ERP / WMS experience * Excel required (high frequency of use)
・ Communication skills
・ English (Beginner and above)
・ Problem solving, improvement activities, project participation experience
・ Experience in production planning and management work is better
