Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities include:
• Technical leadership and management of Business Intelligence Engineering team
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and various teams, discuss requirements and deliver solutions
• Cooperate with Data and Software Development Engineers to define Business Intelligence development needs
• Define new projects through collaboration with internal scientists, supply chain, transportation and logistics teams
• Investigate operations execution and business problems, and mitigate solution delivery

Requirements
基本条件
• MBA/MS in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience ( including analysis, data integration, operational planning, etc.)
• Need to be able to handle SQL and ETL jobs at advanced level.
• High level of understanding and experience working with data warehousing, data quality.
• Recent experience with Tableau, Qlik View (or other visualization tools) to data elements.
• Recent experience with solution implementation (software), for automation, visualization or data modeling
• Customer focus and professional attitude.
• Organizational skill and an operations mindset.
• Ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment.
• Ability to understand operations at a detailed, practical level and to think big / strategically
• A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations.
• Interpersonal skills, including fluent communication skills in Japanese.
