Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Processing end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees
• Pre- and post- payroll administration
• Liaison with partner departments such as HR, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Tax
• Comply with SOX rules and regulations
• Prepare and reconcile GL entries for payroll related accounts
• Produce timely responses to employee inquiries with excellent verbal and written skills
• Participate in global projects
• Participate in Operational Excellence activities such as Six Sigma (Kaizen/Green Belt)
• Build and implement Standard Operational Procedures and processing workflows
• Supervise payroll analysts in Manila
• Audit preparation and support
