Job Description
To support Markets and Business Development activities and operations, collaborating with the Markets Leader
and Business Development Leader and;
To support the Operations Leader in various internal topics like communication, events, logistics, as well as
reviewing and building/editing/processing analyses, internal reports, and internal/external presentations.
To proactively lead multiple internal projects or assist the Operations Leader to keep the projects moving by
making proper plans and schedules and executing strictly according to the plans.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Business Development, Operations or other relevant experience, ideally
gained within a global multinational company
Hands-on mentality with excellent organizational skills - proven sound judgment and flexibility in
balancing multiple project requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on
schedule, with high attention to detail
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English - Native in Japanese, business
level English (TOEIC 800+)
