Job Description
Talent Acquisition lead for Japan.
Responsibilities -
This role will take responsibility for leading the corporate recruiting team. You will refine the current strategies for attracting talent whilst implementing new and creative solutions.
You will work closely with senior stake holders to understand the department culture and hiring needs .
You will drive candidate experience and work towards excellence.
Coach and develop Junior recruiters to grow their skill set.
Accurately track, analyse seek to improve data related to department performance.
Requirements -
Minimum 5 years in Recruiting , in house or Agency.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Mastery of all candidate sourcing channels - Advertising / Networking / Social Media , etc.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
High level ability in Japanese and English.
