Job Description
- Analyzing the market and the demand and figuring out new Product lines that can be introduced. Figuring out what the Japanese market wants and then delivering it to them.
- Process development- structurally developing processes to help business grow in Japan and maybe even APAC in order to increase efficiency between suppliers and clients etc.
- Structural problem solving, as the products are fresh fruit and vegetables, to solve any problems when it comes to produce or communication etc.
- Ensuring sales targets continually grow and improve.
- Managing 1 staff presently, in the future might grow to more.
Requirements
- 3 years+ experience in Sales and Management
- Knowledge or High Interest about the Food industry or related industries (including but not limited to ingredients, frozen food etc.), having experience with fresh products would be a plus.
- Bilingual- Business High+ level English and Fluent/Native in Japanese is key
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High business acumen, Self-Starter, Pro-active, Goal oriented, ambitious attitude. Someone who is keen on growing business, generating new ideas etc.
