Company Overview
Our client is a global leader in Real Estate Fund Management employing strategies covering core, value added and opportunistic markets. As they continue to expand their operations in Japan, they are looking to grow their Research and Strategy Function with an Analyst.
Job Description
Working with the APAC research and strategy team the role will include:
- Macro research for Japan and Korea
- Using this research, work with the team to create Real Estate investment strategy
- Presentations to investors
- product creation with Fundraising team.
Requirements
- Strong English and presentation skills
- 10 years of experience in real estate research or as an economist.
- Presentation skills.
