Requirements
[Required]
Any of the following experiences or experiences with affinity
・ Training planning
・ Consulting / control of external training companies
・ Training design, process planning, and management experience in the human resources development department (5 years or more)
・ Human resources work experience at a global corporation (necessary when deploying globally planned items to Region)
・ Experience as an instructor is a plus
