Job Description
- Examining market and industry reports and identifying important trends
- Collaborating with other teams and make proposals for creative strategies
- Developing growth strategies for SNS creators based on data
- Discovering new creators to maximize company growth/fan base
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 2+ years of work experience in content planning or related
- Good knowledge of entertainment field (media/digital, game, video, apps, etc.)
- Deep understanding of social, publicity and creative process
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills (Native Japanese & business English)
- Superior research skills with extraordinary attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills: friendly demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate with various teams
- Demonstrated personal passion and knowledge of entertainment/pop culture and digital/social media landscapes
