Company Overview
An established American medical device company with high growth potential seeking Head of Finance for Japan office. Report line to Regional APAC HQ and managing a team of ~10 locally (including FP&A + Accounting teams)
Job Description
Work with local and APAC leadership is a Finance Business Partner
Lead Japan reporting and forecasting initiatives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Propose and implement new projects to keep costs down and maximize revenue
Develop new team members with a goal to expand headcount in the future
Ensure compliance and accuracy for Japan office
Requirements
15+ years of Accounting / Finance experience
5+ years of team management experience
SAP and Excel expertise is a plus
Fluent English and Japanese
