Requirements
• Drive HR projects and key initiatives with global / local HR teams.
• Demonstrate analytical capabilities and influence business partners with data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders and the HR team to help the business drive organization and people agenda including compensation & benefits, payroll oversight, HRIS implementation and acting as a first point of contact for all employees.
