職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Senior TA Specialist || シニア採用担当 position.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase the needs of its HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As the Japan branch recruiter, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market.
You will work independently as a Senior TA Specialist in Japan; your typical day looks like:
- Lead talent acquisition activities in Japan by collaborating with different business stakeholders.
- Manage recruitment process, from JD posting, candidate sourcing, and recruitment channels management to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Be a consultant in talent acquisition in Japan market for business leaders by giving insight and helping identify key skillset of the candidates.
- Be an ambassador of company’s culture and driving employer branding activities by implementing creative recruiting methods such as employee retention programs and referral programs.
- Other ad-hoc HR tasks depending on business needs and person’s interest.
Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven successful achievement in end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Proven successful achievement as a talent partner in providing recruitment insight to engage the best talents.
- Critical thinker and good problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about HR career and experience in consulting industry is a plus.
- Good communication skills in both fluent English and fluent Japanese.
