Job Description
職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Senior HR Specialist position.
The business’s instant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As an HR member, you will oversee the employment cycle and labor-related tasks to provide solutions. You will catch up on the latest talent management projects in a timely manner through regular communication with headquarters oversea and localize and implement them according to the Japanese market. While working closely with the global teams, you will also gain an exciting chance to experience the implementation of HR organization with the semiconductor business.

Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience in recruiting operations.
• Knowledge of Japanese labor law
• Good communication skills and flexibility.
• Confident in English speaking and writing.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office software usage.
