This is an HRBP position.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to an increase in the needs of its HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of strengthening their hiring in ways that are both simple and effective. As an expert in talent acquisition, succession planning, and labor communication, you will be expected to play the role of a pipe between the stakeholders and the employees.

• Knowledge of Japanese labor law to support corporate expansion and HR planning.
• Strong communication and availability to develop relationships at all levels.
