職務内容 The Position
This is a C&B.
Their business expansion leads to the need of a strong talent in their HR team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives that align with the HR strategy as a C&B Executive.  Japan HR Team has 6 members including this C&B Executive, consisting of the Head of HR, 3 HR Business Partners (HR Manager, Associate Manager, Executive), 1 C&B Associate Manager. This selected candidate will report to Associate C&B Manager and will support and accelerate the rapid expansion of our company.

Payroll procedures. Process end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees.Coordinating outsourced payroll vendors.Strong communication skills and team spiritCustomer and detailed oriented.
