Real Estate Analyst
Our client is a global real estate investor with an established team in Japan and a long term investment strategy. Due to expansion they are currently looking to hire an Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a young, real estate acquisitions professional to gain exposure to the entire deal process.
Primary Responsibilities will include the following:
- Valuation of potential real estate acquisitions, creating and using analysis models
- Working closely with Investment managers, help in deal execution and closing work
- Work with Asset Managers and learn how to maximise income from acquired properties
Qualifications:
- Around 2-3 years of real estate acquisitions experience, particularly in real estate valuation/modelling
- University education
- Strong organizational ability and a desire to become involved in the whole deal process
- English is NOT necessary
