Job Contents:
Through real estate companies and their own networks Selection of new open location, negotiation of best conditions (rent, commission, deposit etc).
Acquisition, migration, expansion, or opening of the best location of existing store in department store
New open store project management (layout, vendor selection, schedule management, investment cost adjustment, CAR preparation)
Contract preparation / negotiation work (lease , Franchise etc.) and all other legal administrative procedures (safety, security etc)
Planning of opening and renovation planning
Retrofitting management of existing stores along with trade marketing
With business partners (owner, mall operating company, franchisee, department store) Relationship maintenance / response
Store maintenance (repair and renovation as necessary)
Rent of unprofitable stores, reduction negotiation and closing of commissions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experinence in retail store development
- Fluency in English
- Great communicator, team player
- Ability to handle multiple task
