当社は再生可能エネルギーの発電所を日本・アジアで企画・開発し、運営する事業体です。地域の皆さまと共に再生可能エネルギーを活用した基幹電源を開発・運営することでエネルギー・地球温暖化問題を解決し、地域や社会の活性化を目指します。

太陽光から始まり、風力、バイオマス、地熱、水力といった様々な種類の電源を開発してきた経験を活かし、複数の種類の再エネ発電所を新規に開発し、組み合わせることで、日中のみならず夜間や季節変動にも対応できる電力を供給します。地域との対話、環境への配慮を重視した開発を行い、またエンジニアリングおよび O&M（運用および保守点検）を内製化することで災害に強く、安定した再エネ電力を供給します。
再エネ発電所の開発、再エネ電力の供給にとどまらず、出力の変動を抑える蓄電池併設型再エネ発電所や、お客さまとの再エネ発電所の共同開発、オンサイト発電所、再エネ・温室効果ガスの見える化など、＋αの付加価値を提供していきます。

当社は、パートナーと連携しながら、全国各地で PPA に向けた再エネ発電所を開発し、小売電気事業者や大口需要家に電気を供給していきます。
今後も、小売電気事業者、小規模太陽光等の発電所の開発・施工を行う企業など、幅広いパートナーとの協業を進めていきます。

Job Description
Your assignments will include, but not limited to:
1) Manage and provide day to day leadership to the project engineering team members of renewables projects(Solar, Wind, etc.).
2) Create optimal strategies for more effient development in terms of grobal engineering in each region.
3) Direct project engineering managers in each region and execute engineering project managements.
4) Communicate and report to board members/engineering director/specific technical/project manager/commercial/legal/finance/local/HR, etc.
5) Allocate resources strategically and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

2) 各地域におけるグローバルエンジニアリングの観点から、より効率的な開発のための最適な戦略を作成します。
3) 各地域のプロジェクトエンジニアリングマネージャーを指揮し、エンジニアリングプロジェクト管理を実行します。
4) 取締役会メンバー/エンジニアリングディレクター/特定技術/プロジェクトマネージャー/商業/法務/財務/地方/人事などに連絡し、報告します。
5) リソースを戦略的に割り当て、継続的な改善の文化を促進します。

Requirements
【必須】
1) At least 5 years of experience in renewable energy insustry or EPC contractor;
2) At least 5 years of experience of team management;
3) Must have knowledge and experience of project management from engineering perspective;
4) Business level proficiency in oral and written communication in English;
5) Teamwork attitude. The successful candidate will communicate closely with Team;
6) Self starter. The successful candidate should act spontaneously to achieve the team's goal and execute renewable project in APAC;
7) Flexibility and versatility to adapt to constantly changing dynamics of the renewable energy industry and the company;
8) Strong leadership and respect to diversity;
9) Hardworking, “can-do” attitude; and
10) BA in relevant Engineering discipline (related to Civil/Electrical/Mechanical.)

1) 再生可能エネルギー業界または EPC 請負業者における少なくとも 5 年の経験。
2) 少なくとも 5 年のチーム管理の経験。
3) エンジニアリングの観点からプロジェクトマネジメントに関する知識と経験を有していること。
4) ビジネスレベルの英語による口頭および書面コミュニケーション能力。
5) チームワークの姿勢。合格者はチームと緊密にコミュニケーションをとります。
6) セルフスターター。合格者は、チームの目標を達成し、APAC で再生可能プロジェクトを実行するために自発的に行動する必要があります。
7) 再生可能エネルギー業界と企業の絶えず変化する力学に適応する柔軟性と多用途性。
8) 強力なリーダーシップと多様性の尊重。
9) 勤勉で「できる」という態度。そして
10) 関連する工学分野の学士号 (土木/電気/機械関連)

The following capability and experience is not required but considered plus:
- At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy development;
- Proficiency in the Japanese or the other national language;
- Site supervisor or site management certficicate;
- Specific related expertise in Civil and/or Electrical and/or Mechanical; and
- Experience of Project Execution of Power plant or transmission line

以下の能力と経験は必須ではありませんが、プラスと見なされます。
- 再生可能エネルギー開発における少なくとも 3 年の経験。
- 日本語またはその他の国語の能力。
- 現場監督者または現場管理者の証明書。
- 土木および/または電気および/または機械における特定の関連専門知識。そして
- 発電所または送電線のプロジェクト遂行経験
