職務内容 - The Position:
This is a Global HR Manager position.
The business's constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective to achieve the goal of expanding the business’s growth globally. In close collaboration with the Corporate Human Resources functions, you will conceive practical and creative ways to provide daily human resources guidance and support to the local management and staff. The team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.
· Structure both domestic and global HR labor operations, HR system and C&B plans.
· Manage the HR team of 4.
· Manage HR labor department and any issues that may arise in the labor department as the company grows globally.
· The following may be tasked if the person in charge is unavailable:
1. Domestic and global payroll
2. Domestic and global social insurance
3. Revise employment regulation
4. HR attendance management, etc.

· Experience in payroll, C&B, HRBP, etc.
· 5 years of experience in HR Labor
· Vision for global growth
· Strong communication skills
