Accounting Manager

THE JOB
• Managerial role for a team of 2 people
• Lead month end and year end closing meeting deadline
• Coordination and lead role in liaising with external audits (accounting auditors, tax authorities, etc.)
• Tax returns preparation (corporate tax, consumption tax, etc.), in coordination with outside tax consultant
• SAP postings: inventories, fixed assets, accruals, adjustments and intercompany reconciliations
• Guarantee company’s journal and book-keeping accuracy
• Fixed assets management
• Two-week cash flow planning edit and submit, and monthly actual report edit
• Liaising with banks for financial borrowing and cash pooling management, according to needs
• IFRS amendments calculation and check (from J-GAAP)
• Supervision of payments
• Other analysis and simulations upon request
• Custody of company central filing




REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting field.
Knowledge of IFRS and J-GAAP
Thorough knowledge of finance/accounting and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures, including managerial accounting concept.
Proficient in Excel, MS office
Knowledge or experience of SAP FI-CO
Business level English capability
