Our client, a world famous, leading multi-media company, is looking for a new Finance Director (CFO) to take over a leadership role in its Tokyo office.
Job contents:
· Leadership role, responsible for finance, HR, and strategic initiatives covering entire business
· Operational and strategic leadership, over short, mid and long term
· Main contact and liaison point between Japan CEO and overseas HQ, regarding budgetary issues
· Manage HR, legal and all back office matters
Requirements:
· Strong experience in a finance-focused leadership role
· Good people and communication skills
· At least business level English
· Interest in fashion and lifestyle (digital business experience is nice to have)
