DB Sales Manager

Company Overview
A leading American Asset Management Company.

Job Description
• Work closely with the Head of DB team to achieve sales target and other business objectives.
• Conduct sales activities with prospective DB clients. Engage with Consultants to support institutional business development.
• Maintain and strengthen existing DB client relationships through quarterly review meetings, timely responses to inquiries, contacts to provide information and new product proposals.
• Support to create client specific RFPs if needed.

•DBチームの統括と緊密に協働し、営業目標の達成とビジネスの成長に貢献する
•見込DB顧客への販売活動を行うコンサルタントと連携し、組織の事業開発を支援する
•四半期ごとのレビューミーティング、問い合わせに対するタイムリーな対応、情報提供のための連絡先および新製品提案を通じ、
既存のDB顧客との関係を維持・強化する
•必要に応じて、クライアント固有のRFPを作成するサポートをする

Requirements
• Prior experience in institutional sales with an Asset Management Company, Trust Bank, or Life Insurance company is highly preferred.
• Incumbent should be comfortable working in an international environment. Will be required to interact with global teams regularly.
• Strong interpersonal skills. Native Japanese and fluent English language skills are required.
• Strong internal and external network building skills.
• Understanding of Investments and products.
• Adaptable to work under pressure in changing environment.
