Our client, a leading creative advertising agency, is looking for a new Finance Director to take over a leadership role in its Tokyo office.
Job contents:
· Leadership role, responsible for whole back office management, including finance, HR, IT, and admin teams
· Work closely with CEO and regional fianne head on operational and strategic planning
· Main contact and liaison point between Japan CEO and overseas HQ, regarding budgetary issues
· Manage HR, legal and all back office matters
Requirements:
· Strong experience in a finance-focused leadership role
· Solid accounting and finance skill, including tax, legal, HR etc.
· Good people and communication skills, with leadership ability
· Business level English
· Experience in, or Interest in ad agency or media landscape
