Asset Manager

The Company:
One of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world.

The Role:

Sourcing deals, managing assets, and providing other advisory services to  clients to maximize their return on investment

Implementing real estate plans keeping in mind the client's strategic real estate goals.

Assisting with project initiation and scope definition.
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Asset Management and will be pat of an 8 member team.
Prioritization of assignments and adherence to client-driven priorities and milestones.

Introducing the deals to both domestic and foreign investors. 

Manage client assets and help support the exit strategy.

Create business plan and handle end-to-end deal with clients.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 to 10 years of experience managing assets.

Comprehensive knowledge and/or experience with at least one industry among - Office, Retail, Logistics, Hotels, or healthcare industry.

Good communication and negotiation skill

Japanese language fluency with Business level English.

Ideally a graduate and relevant licenses related to Real Estate and Finance industry.
