·         Transform for EPM (enterprise value improvement by the performance evaluation management of a new era)

·         Strategic Performance Management (Strategic Performance Management)

·         Risk management (ERM)

·         Group Management System construction support

·         　budget management reform support

·         　cost management reconstruction

 

3. Accounting

·         System enhancement solution (Finance Operations) Unification of global accounting system (IFRS introduction etc)

·         Global accounting reform (standardization and efficiency of process, unification of accounting period · early settlement of accounts)
