Work details
Our client is an established, global real estate investor that is setting up its entity in Japan. They already have an established portfolio of assets from JV investments and need to expand their SPC accounting/Admin team. This will be an excellent opportunity to join a global company with a strong expansion plan for the Japan market. It will give candidates to be invovled in not only SPC admin but also to work closely with the deal side on Real Estate deals and in the future, Infrastrucutre and Fixed Income.
Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Head of Finance and overseas head office on SPC Fund Admin and Fund reporting
* As it is still setting up, work with team members on setting up corporate finance functions
* Work with deal team on tax structuring issuse
Experience:
* At least 3 years of experience working with SPCs for accounting. Real Estate would be great but not necessary
* Good english to work with global counterparts
* CPA would be great but not mandatory
