Work details
Our client is a well established, real estate investor in Japan with a portfolio of mixed use properties and significant dry powder for the forseeable future. They are a core investor and at present need to expand with a mid level acquisitions professional.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle underwrting for all potential acquisitions
* Handle investment memos/deal pitches to head office in English
* Be involved in the closing process with sellers
* Work closely with Asset Management on deal pipeline and AM strategies
Requirements:
* Proven underwriting skills
* Strong English
* University Degree
Great to have:
* Some closing experience
The need for underwriting skills and strong english is paramount for this role. Closing experience can be learned from the MD of the team as deals are done.
