THE JOB
- Lead finance and accounting operations for whole company, reporting to global headquarters in Europe
- Oversee human resources, logistics and IT/admin, including liason with APAC HR leadership for strategic HC planning
- Analyse financial results, assets, liabilities and prepare financial statements to both local and international standards
- Take responsibility for finance function, including development of staff and eventual succession planning
REQUIREMENTS
- Ideally USCPA, CIA, MBA qualified
- Previously CFO role at SME
- Demonstrated record of people management and company oversight
- Experience in managing local and overseas stakeholders
