As a CFO adviser and consultant, provide services such as:

Integrated Finance Transformation
- Operating model of finance and accounting function in global integration
- Finance strategy

Enterprise Performance Management
- Designing enterprise performance management strategy and transformation or integrated business processes with system selection and deployment of new business processes

Efficient Finance Operations
- IFRS conversation and performance improvement

Finance Shared Services and Outsourcing
- Support and design models for outsourcing or introduction of shared services functions

Requirements
Bi-lingual Japanese and English

If you have consulting experience:
- Project experience in one of the above domains

If you do not have consulting experience you must have experience in one of the following:
- More than 3 years in experience in accounting, finance or corporate planning
- Experience in accounting BAU or business strategy
- Experience in an IT department implementing accounting systems
- Project experience related to financial management services
- Implementation of accounting system or BI system
