ABOUT THE COMPANY
Japanese real estate company located in central Tokyo
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Local affiliates Accounting activities in general
· Treasury service (Cash forecast management, Funding Request, yen change etc.)
· Payment processing, expense report
· Monthly / Yearly Closing
· Invoice issuance
· Settlement, Preparation of tax return declaration (correspondence of accounting date and response of tax)
· Ad hoc project
· Other office management operations
REQUIREMENTS
· Ideally experience in small/medium sized company handling all accounting functions
· English ability (at least reading/writing to communicate with USA office)
WORKING CONDITIONS
· Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00
· Permanent employee
· Possibility for part-time
