*Supply Planning of intercompany parts and external vendor parts
*Purchasing operation of Final assembly and supplier management
*Customer order and outbound delivery management and exchange part control
*Logistics arrangement (Export/Import/Domestic transport)
*Inventory control at warehouse
*Packaging design for Service parts
*RFQ and customer requirement support of Service parts
*Warehouse management
(Inventory control, Material move management, Communication with 3PL warehouse for Inbound / outbound shipment and Inventory Management)
*Service parts inventory management in warranty period
*Customer service interface including web enquiries and calls
*Warranty/Service related administrative work (e.g. Payment of warranty to customers)
