Job Description
This famous brand is currently looking for a Store Operation Manager for their flagship in Ginza Six.
Leads the planning, analysis, and allocation for all store labor scheduling
• Manage store compensation program including bonus structures and incentives
• Through detailed and ongoing analysis, set the staffing requirements for store labor and manage the store staffing guidelines
• As a system super user, oversee the labor and scheduling system including the development and roll out of system enhancements
• Responsible for developing, managing, and controlling annual budget in excess of $100 million for all store and field leadership controllable and direct expenses
• Accountable for rollout, management, and optimization of business intelligence/reporting to field leadership team and store management
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
• Identify key areas for continued improvement in support of business objectives including reports improvement, business processes, policy development/enhancement and organizational planning
• Responsible for vendor management and compliance to 3rd party partnerships including supplies providers, utilities/maintenance/facilities
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of progressive management experience in retail operations
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, MBA a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Proven skills in business analysis, with the ability to execute company standards successfully
• Proven track record of driving results and leading successful teams
• Must thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to pay close attention to detail; and dynamic enough to think strategically at a high level
