Job Description
Team Leader (playing manager) of Customer Service Team who are responsible for daily customer service and for other duties related to customers’ trading.
Manage and report team performance
Communication with Natives(English) regarding various projects and issues which relates to clients
Translation(English-Japanese)
Handles clients queries through phones and emails
Operation around clients’ deposit and withdrawal
Operation around clients’ trading statements
Clients’ phone order
Shift cover (8:00-17:00, 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00)
Probational period : 6 months
Requirements
Business experience by using English
Any working experiences in FX/CFD company or in company offers derivative financial products
Team Leader or more senior role experience in Financial company
Certified Securities Broker License First Class (JSDA)
Certified Financial Futures Broker License (FFAJ )
Certified Commodity Futures Broker License (CFAJ)
All of above are not Must to join IG but required to have all of them after joining IG.
