Job Description
This company is looking for an experienced Finance professional to utilize their deep knowledge in both Accounting and FP&A to help prepare the business for its upcoming IPO and upcoming new product releases from a finance perspective.
You will be managing a large team and are expected to help in their development of both technical and soft skills.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the CFO and will have an excellent pathway into more senior opportunities.
Requirements
- Business Level English and Native Japanese
- Strong communication skills
- Deep experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as Accounting (at least 5 years)
- Leadership ability
- PC skill (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
- Self-starter and 'can do' attitude
